How it works...

Okay so you have this amazing idea in your head and you want me to bring it to life. GREAT! I can't wait to help!

FIRST. Contact me with your idea (Via this page, email, or through messenger on Facebook or Instagram) Any of those options are great! 

​

Questions I will ask... 

​

 What are you looking for? Please keep in mind my style, past pieces, and subject matter when requesting a piece. I want you to be 100% in love with your custom piece and for that to be the case your idea and my style need to flow together. 

 

Is there a particular photo you want me to work from? Photos are a great starting point. Especially for portraits! 

​

What size are you thinking? There are a WIDE variety of options when it comes to size, so if you have an exact idea or even a rough one this is VERY helpful. Especially when it comes to giving you a price. 

​

Are there any specific colors you are wanting to use or NOT use?

​

Do you have a particular need by date? Creating these pieces doesn't happen quickly and commissioned spots tend to fill up fast (especially around the holidays). Please keep that in mind when you are inquiring. When you contact me I will let you know how far out I am booking spots.

THE PROCESS

Once we have all the details ironed out and it's time for me to start on your piece this is what you can expect:

I will let you know once I am ready to start and go over everything again to make sure we are on the same page. I will send you at least two updates while I'm working on the piece to make sure you are happy with the direction. If not, this is the time to say something. Once the piece is complete, I will send you more photos and a video of the piece for final approval. After you have approved the piece, I will prep it for shipping. I will ask for the final payment and ship the piece when I have received payment.

 Pricing will vary depending on detail and we can talk about price once you inquire, but this will give you a ballpark idea on common sizes...

Clients must also pay for shipping

Once we have had the chance to talk, and you have decided to move forward with having the painting completed half of the payment will be due up front to secure your spot on my calendar. Then final payment + shipping will be due upon completion and before the piece is shipped out.
